The Fighter Season 2 coaches Garreth ‘Soldierboy’ McLellan and Brendan ‘Descendant’ Lesar have selected their teams on the reality TV show.
TF2 will see 10 female flyweights living together and competing against each other for a six-figure contract with the EFC and a guaranteed title fight with double-division champion Amanda Lino.
On entering the the EFC Performance Institute and the TF2 penthouse last week (when filming began), the athletes were evaluated and then split into two teams by former UFC middleweight McLellan and TF1 winner Lesar.
Every episode contestants from each team will battle it out in the hexagon, with the loser being eliminated and the winner progressing towards the final.
The two coaches will also fight each other at the grand finale on May 4 to be televised live.
TF2 debuts on global TV on Friday 1 March, with a new hour-long episode released weekly.
